Eat Beautiful!












Eat beautiful! I personally see food as "beauty food" and "treat food". Beauty food is full of vitamins and minerals... it's good for your skin and body. "Treat food" is everything else. It's all about striking a balance. These are just a few of the things I keep in mind when I eat.

What do you do? Do you agree with my tips?

  1. I totally agree with all of these, especially about not cutting out fats. Everyone needs good fats in their diet, and I think that some people get confused about what good fats are x

    1. It blows my mind when people cut fats out! Replacing fats with sugar is worse than just having fats in the first place. x

  3. it's such a struggle for me to eat healthy because my body is used to the junk and everything healthy seems like an acquired taste.

    1. I know what you mean, it can be really hard. But I'd start with healthy foods that are sweet, like sweet potatoes and fruits!
